Ah my dear friends, so soon we meet again, or is it so long, I know not which. You join me as I sit refreshed from a two and a half hour "commute" from sunny Derby. I feel that you may wonder why such a length of time, well following the principles of green living and economical thinking and practicalities, this weekend we became a one car family so my travel now consists of a little more shanks pony and a little more train, though there is intent in the air to get off my horse and ride my bike to a suitable train boarding point such as Barnsley.
Just think excercise and commuting all in one glorious package, I'll very soonly be returned to the lean trim lycra clad svelt racing snake of the pre-jogle age.
Leaving that image with you I raise to you all a glass and wish you pleasant dreams for tomorrow I head to the "big smoke" once more, to work, perhaps to admonish and certainly not to protest at these city types in their casual dress and hoodies!
Onwards my friends to the dawn of another sleep!
