Well I be out there thinking the time is now, the plan- St Bees to Sunderland ( 140 miles ish) in two days on a bike!!
A baby challenge for a one time Jogler but with my levels of lard expanding and my legs afraid of the bike, training may be in order.
There is portent of guest riders but if the gamble is a solo run, and I'm fit enough I may gamble on a fit of lunacy and go for it in a day.
This time it's for charity and fitness, with the challenge thrown in as an aperitif!!
Anyway , Everybody all around the world, stand up, join in , have fun.
P.S anyone know if you dip your back wheel in the sea does it mean you don't need to paddle???
